With the holiday season upon us and 2015 coming to an end, it’s time once again to thank all our clients, partners and friends for the continued support you have given Wind River Financial. It was a milestone year for our company, in many ways, to include a 15 year Anniversary of this incredible journey in business.

Throughout those years the company has grown from five people in a 3-room office to, this month, our new permanent 12,000 square foot office at 65 Buttonwood Court, home to nearly 35 employees and still growing. This new facility allows us to expand our service, sales and support teams for the foreseeable future and we look forward to having you join us in 2016 for an open house to show off our new digs. Be on the lookout for more information in the coming months.

Our continued growth in the number of clients served as well as the expansion of services to those clients has been outstanding this year. We now serve businesses, associations and financial institutions in more than 35 states. This past year we helped those clients adopt the new data security standards outlined by PCI 3.0 and will finish 2015 with one of the highest client compliance rates in the country. Likewise, we introduced new technology and consulted with clients to meet the October fraud liability shift related to the EMV adoption in the United States. Mid-year we launched a new advanced reporting product that allows clients to analyze information generated by their customers and to monitor social media buzz about their business. This is a new and fast growing information tool designed to help businesses grow and connect with new generations of customers.

An ever changing industry, electronic payments will continue to evolve and we are here to guide clients through the often times complex transition to new technology, systems and rules. Mobile solutions, integrated software systems, ApplePay/SamsungPay and new emerging acceptance methods are just some of the solutions either here or arriving soon.

Again, we would not exist without you and your support. Taking care of our clients and partners while serving as a trusted and valued advisor is job one at Wind River. We truly believe that it is what happens After the Handshake that makes us better than our competition.
