As the main point of contact for Wind River Financial’s bank partners, Amy McCaughn knows that customer satisfaction is always the best business strategy of all - and that’s exactly what she strives for every day. Amy’s motto is “When the customer comes first, the customer will last.” Her customers have grown accustomed to this kind of service as Amy has worked with them to coordinate educational sessions, negotiate contract renewals, and develop communications. When Amy is not providing top-notch customer service, she can be found outside hiking, biking, camping, or skiing.
