Helen is a seasoned financial industry expert in risk management and proactive fraud protection. She brings over 32 years of financial services experience to her position as Risk Specialist at Wind River. In this role, Helen is dedicated to protecting merchants and their consumers from credit card fraud by reviewing their daily processing activity. Helen also works to streamline and expedite the underwriting process of new merchant applications.
During her 10+ year tenure at Wind River, Helen has become the in-house fraud-detection expert working with customers to stress the importance of proactive fraud protection. She remains current with the latest in payment fraud trends so she can keep Wind River customers informed.
Helen and her husband, Bruce, have two sons and live on a dairy farm. They even have their own Little League field on their property. In her free time, Helen enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on the Wisconsin Badgers.
