Joan has been a member of the Wind River team since 2006. As a Merchant Education Consultant, Joan specializes in setting up new merchant accounts and training those merchants on the Wind River system. “Working with our new customers is the focus of my day,” says Joan.
It’s her attention to detail and client-focused attitude that keeps customers happy. She can truly appreciate the merchant’s perspective as she was a small business owner herself for many years. Joan is also a certified PADI SCUBA instructor and spends her free time hiking, camping, and swimming.
