Like many of you, Wind River has been closely monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak situation. In response, we have prepared an Infectious Disease Outbreak Response Plan as a part of our overall Disaster Recovery Protocol. Our plan focuses on protecting three key groups:
- Our Customers
- Our Employees
- Our Community
Customers
Should the need arise, Wind River is already prepared to service our customers with all our staff working remotely. We have operations and communication systems in place that will ensure seamless delivery of service and support to all our customers during any remote work time frame.
Employees
Our goal is to keep every employee healthy. Any employee who is ill will be required to go home and not return until fever-free for 24 hours. We have a specific action plan should any employee test positive for COVID-19 or been a part of a contact trace for an individual who has tested positive for the virus.
Community
As responsible citizens, Wind River will follow the recommendations of the Dane County/City of Madison Health Department as well as the U.S. Center for Disease Control to mitigate an outbreak in our community.
