Michelle Andler

With decades of human resources experience in various industries, Michelle joined Wind River in June 2020 as HR Director. With a focus on both the employee experience and company success, she leads people related operations, initiatives, and administration. Michelle is excited about being part of the team that is set to grow Wind River in significant ways.

Outside of work Michelle enjoys her time with family, friends, and fun. Some favorite pastimes are live music events, Badger basketball and football games (with tailgates, of course), motorcycling (passenger only!), and weekend dinners and time with kids and grandkids.
