As one of the original members of the Wind River team, Vicki has been with Wind River since the company was created in 1999. Having worked in the financial services field for over 30 years, Vicki Ytzen knows what it takes to make clients comfortable, and she puts that knowledge to work every day as a Merchant Trainer for Wind River.
Her responsibilities include working with clients to reprogram their terminals and educating them on changes and updates. “I believe our clients look at Wind River as a partner in credit card processing,” she says. “They feel this way because we do our very best to educate them on how to receive the best rates and how to eliminate fraudulent transactions.”
