Introducing…VIP Crowd

Wind River has recently partnered with VIP Crowd to bring a little bit of fun to our customers.

We’re always looking for ways to create a more engaging relationship with our clients, and VIP Crowd provides us with an entertaining and enjoyable way to open up that dialogue. Specifically, VIP Crowd is a customer engagement hub that will allow our customers to provide feedback on our products and services in an effort for us to always be improving.

But all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy, so we won’t be using VIP Crowd to only ask you for your thoughts on Wind River. We’ll also be asking you fun questions like, “What’s the next vacation you want to take?” or “On a scale of 1-10, one being incredible and ten being absolutely amazing, how would you rate Aaron Rodgers?” It’s all about us getting to know you, and you getting the chance to know us.

Oh, and here’s another question I’m sure you’re asking. What does answering these questions do for me? Glad you asked! Each time you answer a question or provide us some feedback, you’ll earn points. Those points can then be redeemed for some really cool prizes. And honestly, it’s all about the prizes, right? If you earn enough points, you can trade them in for gift cards to your favorite stores or restaurants, fancy electronics and toys, or even fun Wind River swag. (We’re particularly keen on that last one) And if you’re in the giving mood, you can even use your points to donate to your favorite charity.

We recently sent out invites to join us in VIP Crowd, so most of our customers should have seen the invite come through their email. If by chance we missed sending you an invite or you “accidentally” filed the invite in your trash bin, contact us and we’ll be happy to send you another. And for all of you who have already joined in on the fun…thank you, thank you. Thanks for being our VIPs!
