Stephanie O’Connor

Director of Merchant Experience

Stephanie brings over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry to the table. Joining Wind River in January 2020 as a Relationship Manager, she transitioned to the role of Client Care Manager in November 2021. More recently, in April 2023, she became the Director of Merchant Experience. Stephanie and her team of Account and Relationship Managers are responsible for providing top-tier customer service to Wind River’s customers. Developing and fostering merchant relationships and bringing superior service that keeps customers engaged on a daily basis, is what Stephanie and her team are dedicated to doing.

Stephanie is a strong believer in “knowledge is power” as she always aims to keep her customers up to speed with the intricacies of the ever-evolving payments industry. Throughout her time at Wind River, she has developed a love for building relationships and being a dependable resource for her customers.

As a wife and mother of three girls, life can get busy! In her free time, Stephanie enjoys playing sand volleyball and spending time out on the lakes in Madison. Stephanie and her husband, Dan, are also avid sports fans and as University of Wisconsin alumnus, they enjoy cheering for the Badgers.
