Stephanie has over 7 years of financial and customer service background. Through that time, she has developed a love for building relationships and being a dependable resource for her customers. As Customer Care Manager at Wind River, Stephanie leads the relationship team and ensures that our customers’ needs are met on a daily basis and that they understand the intricacies of the payments industry. She’s a strong believer in “knowledge is power” and aims to help customers keep up to speed as the industry evolves.
In her spare time, she chases around crawling (learning to walk!) twin girls, enjoys playing sand volleyball, and spending time outdoors. She and her husband, Dan, are avid sports fans, as well. They have quite the rivalry in their house, as Stephanie grew up in Minnesota and Dan is a Wisconsin native. They do manage to put aside their Viking-Packer border battle though when it comes to cheering for the Badgers and Brewers.
