Wind River is excited to announce our next meeting of 2019 for the Healthcare Advisory Board. The meeting will be held on Thursday, June 13 from 11:00 – 1:00 at the Wind River headquarters located at 65 Buttonwood Court in Madison.
This month’s focus will be on the patient payment experience. The financial aspect of a patient’s healthcare experience almost always begins before they receive any care and can have dramatic impacts on overall satisfaction. Rebecca Haymaker from the Wilshire Group and John Talaga of Flywire will join us to discuss initiatives focused on increasing front-end payment collections by tailoring conversations to better meet the needs of patients.
The Healthcare Advisory Board meetings are an opportunity for revenue cycle leaders, healthcare payment experts, healthcare product partners and Wind River’s healthcare team to come together and discuss key topics around the industry. The goal is for everyone to share best practices and innovative solutions amongst each other.
